malcfairbairn Fresh pasta sauce - gently sauté garlic (maybe an onion and chilli) in lots of olive oil. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Add tomatoes and seasoning to taste; the tomatoes will slowly disintegrate and become saucy. Add fresh basil leaves towards the end. Serve with e.g. tagliatelle.
