My theory is people hiring {Masters students, postgrads, postdocs, ..} want some “objective” grade/metric/h-index or else the word of 2,3,.. professors that the candidate is ‘good’. Both metrics and letters are biased. 👎 Evaluate people for their suitability and soft skills. 👍 davidjamesweir/1374336559114240002
