      The share of first- or second-generation immigrants finishing higher education is lower in Finland than in any other OECD country for which data exists. Only a quarter (2% out of 8% of the population) graduate. (source: doi.org/10.1787/888933803976)

    It's widely accepted that the best science is done by the most diverse organisations and departments (nature.com/articles/d41586-018-05316-5 for example). We need to make sure these students are better supported, as we're really missing out if we let them down.
