Is it just me or are the HSL_HRT city bikes deteriorating! I’ve had one (0168) with totally broken brakes that I had to return immediately, and another (0101) with badly worn brakes. The current situation is challenging but I’d prefer no bikes at all to unsafe bikes, thanks.Permalink On twitter.com

Also, the QR code on 0168 goes here: cli-smoove-qrcode.gir.fr/bk/eedeinaig7 - why have something like that on your bikes which serves no purpose, HSL_HRT? I was hoping I could quickly report the defect and have the dangerous bike taken out of service immediately.On twitter.com
