  1. It's 2020. Isn't it time for the arXiv to have slightly less draconian measures than "ban everything that doesn't have a UI from downloading PDFs"? Sometimes you just want to use wget to download a paper without having to come up with a pretend user agent. arxiv.org/help/robots
